What Is YOGA??

YOGA came from a Sanskrit word call "YUJ".

YUJ means "to unite".

Its a scientific system of physical and mental practice. the main purp[ose of yoga is to help an individual achieve highest potential and experience enduring health & happiness.

Yoga helps to improve circulation, stimulates the abdominal organs and put pressure on the glandular system of the body which results in good health.

There are 6 branches in YOGA:

  1. HATHA yoga ( yoga of postures)
  2. BHAKTI yoga ( yoga of devotion)
  3. JNANA yoga (yoga of the mind)
  4. RAJA yoga (yoga of self control)
  5. TANTRA yoga ( yoga of rituals)
  6. KARMA yoga (yoga of services)
